This scholarship was established in honor of Barbara Cook and her twenty years of service to the LTAA as Executive Director. She was instrumental in establishing the LTAA organizational standards, the hallmark scholarship program, as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the Alumni Office. Prior to the LTAA, Barbara served as Registrar, Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Acting Vice President of Student Affairs and had rank in the Department of Educational Foundations at Northeastern Illinois University. Established 2016.
